Easy Cold Pasta Salad

Easy summery dish, great for BBQ's :)



Ingredients:
Serves 4 
  • 1 cucumbers, chopped 
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped 
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered 
  • 3/4 cup pitted black olives, sliced 
  • 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1 mozzarella di bufala, chopped
  • 1 small can corn

Directions:
Combine cooked and cooled pasta with the all the ingredients except the dressing in a large bowl. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and stir to combine. Season to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
